Effort=Success

In the fall of 2014, the public education system in America served about 49.8 million students in primary and secondary schools.  These students will go on to serve in various roles in society based on the choices they make throughout their life.   The impact that their educators have on them will drastically affect the outcome and success of the children of America and will ultimately effect the change that America will have whether it is positive or negative. Children are known to believe and listen to what they are told by people that they believe truly care about them and work hard for them.  However, in some places in America some teachers just do not put forth the effort that the students deserve and causes the students to suffer.  When an educator doesn't give the students the effort necessary it can affect the students’ performance in the class and their works legitimacy.

Students react to the emotions and appearance of the person that they are learning from, when a teacher noticeably isn't giving their students 100% of their effort their lessons are worthless.  The student will not fully grasp what they're listening to and will under perform on the necessary assessments they are given.  A teacher is not putting forth effort their full effort and expecting their students to succeed it is like attempting to watch TV and not plugging it into a proper power source.  You know what the TV (student) is capable of; however, you are not providing it with the proper power source (knowledge).  When a student isn't well prepared for a class due to the lack of effort they must work harder in that class to attempt not to fail, this can lead to less work achieved in the other classes they take.  This will also affect the legitimacy of the work completed and turned in. The lack of time students have due to the decreased effort from one teacher can lead them to turn to cheating on assignments.  Students will turn to cheating because they believe that is their only way to keep up in classes that they aren't able to sufficiently study for.

The success of the children in America will drastically affect the success or failure of this country.  It is the responsibility of the educator to provide the students with the proper knowledge to succeed throughout their life.  When a teacher does not do that it is like sending a soldier out to fight against an army with nothing but his own bare hands.  The effort a teacher puts forth drastically affects the success of the children in America.
